1. Publisher and contact

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of:

the BikerTribe mobile application (iOS and Android);

2. Purpose

BikerTribe is a GPS navigation and community application for motorcyclists. It enables, in particular, navigation, discovery of spots, sharing of routes, discussions between members, communities, events, and premium features by subscription.

By creating an account or using BikerTribe, you unreservedly accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Access conditions

3.1 Minimum age

BikerTribe is reserved for persons aged at least 16 years. By registering, you declare that you meet this requirement.

3.2 User account

Access to certain features requires creating an account (email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple).

You agree to:

provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
not create an account on behalf of a third party without authorization;
notify us promptly in the event of unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.

4. Use of the service

4.1 Permitted use

You may use BikerTribe to:

navigate and plan motorcycle routes;
share and view spots, routes, and motorcycle-related content;
communicate with other riders via chat and communities;
participate in events and features offered by the application.

4.2 Prohibited use

It is strictly prohibited to:

publish or transmit illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, pornographic, fraudulent, or misleading content;
harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against other users;
impersonate a person or entity;
distribute spam, unauthorized advertising, or abusive commercial content;
attempt to circumvent security measures or access data or systems without authorization;
use the service in a manner likely to harm BikerTribe, its users, or third parties;
use the application in violation of traffic laws or applicable regulations (BikerTribe does not replace your responsibility as a driver).

5. User-generated content (UGC)

5.1 Zero tolerance

BikerTribe applies zero tolerance towards:

objectionable, illegal, or inappropriate content;
abusive behavior, harassment, and violations of the dignity of others.

By using the service, you expressly accept this rule.

5.2 Your content

You remain the owner of the content you publish (messages, spots, routes, profile descriptions, etc.). By publishing it, you grant TurboMedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to operating the service (hosting, display, sharing according to your settings, moderation).

You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you publish.

5.3 Moderation and filtering

To protect the community, BikerTribe implements, in particular:

mandatory acceptance of these Terms upon registration;
automatic filtering of certain text content;
reporting tools accessible within the application;
the ability to block an abusive user (their content immediately disappears from your feed);
human moderation of reports.

Reports are reviewed by our team within a maximum of 24 hours. In the event of content or behavior contrary to the Terms, we may remove the content, suspend, or terminate the account concerned, without notice or compensation.

5.4 Reporting

From within the application, you can report a message, user, or inappropriate content. Reports are forwarded to our moderation team for processing.

6. Location, navigation, and safety

BikerTribe uses your GPS location for navigation, display of spots, group rides, and certain safety features. Use of location is subject to your consent via your device settings.

Navigation information (maps, routes, speed cameras, spots) is provided for informational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for your driving, compliance with traffic laws, and assessment of traffic conditions.

Fall detection or SOS alert features do not replace official emergency services.

7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

7.1 Paid offers

BikerTribe offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions:

Freedom (monthly) — product identifier: premium_monthly
Passion (annual) — product identifier: premium_annual

Promotional offers may be available depending on your eligibility (e.g., community discount).

7.2 Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) on iOS and Google (Play Store) on Android. TurboMedia does not collect your banking details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7.3 Cancellation

On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Biker Tribe → Cancel subscription.

On Android: Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Biker Tribe → Cancel.

If you benefit from a trial period or promotional offer, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid being charged the subsequent rate, in accordance with the payment platform rules.

7.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their own terms. For any questions, contact the support of the relevant platform or contact@bikertribe.fr.

8. Intellectual property

The application, website, trademarks, logos, interfaces, texts, algorithms, and graphic elements of BikerTribe are protected by intellectual property law and belong to TurboMedia or its partners.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.

9. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time:

From the application: Profile → Settings → Account and about → Delete my account;
By email: contact@bikertribe.fr

Deletion results in the deletion or anonymization of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g., accounting data related to subscriptions).

Deletion is permanent and distinct from simply logging out or deactivating your account.

11. Service availability and evolution

We strive to ensure service availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. BikerTribe may evolve (addition, modification, or removal of features) without obligation to maintain any given feature.

We may suspend or discontinue access in the event of a violation of the Terms, a security risk, or a legal request.

12. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by law:

BikerTribe is provided “as is”;
TurboMedia does not guarantee the permanent accuracy of maps, routes, spots, or content published by users;
TurboMedia shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or harm resulting from use of the service or content published by third parties;
TurboMedia is not responsible for exchanges between users or physical meetings organized via the application.

13. Termination

You may stop using BikerTribe and delete your account at any time.

TurboMedia may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a violation of the Terms, without prejudice to other remedies.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. The “last updated” date will be updated accordingly. In the event of a substantial change, we may inform you via the application or website.

Continued use of the service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
